Filmmaker, Matty Steinkamp, witnessed his home state of Arizona slashing budgets and destroying the music programs in public schools that had fundamentally shaped his career and life. After seeing first hand the destruction at the schools he grew up in, from fully stripped auditoriums to empty band rooms and sold off instruments, he decided to take his frustration and use it as fuel to inspire positive change. 50 Million Public School Students in USA 100 Students deserve the chance to play music.
